By accessing and using Mixtuby, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Mixtuby is a web application that allows users to create and manage playlists using YouTube's embedded player. We do not host, download, or store any audio or video content. All media is streamed directly from YouTube.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using email/password or Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the service's operation, or using the service for any illegal purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

All content played through Mixtuby belongs to their respective copyright holders. Mixtuby does not claim ownership of any third-party content. The Mixtuby interface, design, and code are our intellectual property.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mixtuby is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Profile Settings. Upon deletion, all your data (playlists, settings) will be permanently removed.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
