Vision Board with Music
Vision Board is coming to Mixtuby. Put the things you want on one board — the house, the trip, the job, the people — as photos and short sentences. Move them, resize them, tilt them, pin them to a cork board, then leave it alone and the board turns into a screensaver while your music keeps going — or press Play for a one-minute game made of your own photos and words. Photos from your phone stay on your phone; if you want them on your TV and laptop too, they go into your own Google Drive, never onto our servers.
How It Works
-
1
Pick a board
Cork, a paper sheet, a whiteboard, a chalkboard, dark dot paper or plain. Then choose how the photos are held — pins, tape or nothing.
-
2
Add your photos
From your phone, from Mixtuby's free library of about 130 photos in 12 themes (home, money, career, travel, love, family, health, calm, car, creativity, learning, nature), or from your own Google Drive.
-
3
Add your words
Short sentences in your own voice — “I am calm and free”, “Paris, 2027”. They sit on the board like notes.
-
4
Arrange with the four corners
Tap a photo and each corner has a job — top-left tilts it in 3D, top-right edits or removes it, bottom-right resizes it, bottom-left rotates it. Drag the middle to move it. Tidy lines everything up in a grid; Tidy and 🗑 both ask before they change anything. Everything is saved as you go, and lands in the same place on every screen.
-
5
Leave it to play
Leave the board untouched for 10 seconds and it fills the screen like a screensaver. The photos drift a little and your words light up one at a time. Pick music from the Quick Playlists — Motivation, Feel Good, Cinematic, 528 Hz, Meditation or Morning.
-
6
Play a one-minute game
Play opens two games made of your board. Catch your dreams — your photos and words pop up around the screen; tap them before they fade, gold ones count double. Affirmation type — a sentence falls and you type it letter by letter, your own words first; three clean in a row double the points. Choose 60 seconds or Zen, with no clock.

Why a Board You Can See
Three ideas explain why a board you can see helps, and none of them is magic. Your brain's reticular activating system filters what reaches your attention and lets through what you have marked as important — once you know what you want, you notice the chances for it. Priming means what you look at often shapes what comes to mind next. And neuroplasticity means the habits you repeat get easier. Research on goal setting adds the practical part — goals that are specific and kept in view are acted on more often, and picturing the steps works better than only picturing the result. So write words that name what you will do ("walk 30 minutes before work" beats "be fit") and keep the board where you will see it.
Pairs Well With
Real Moments to Use It
New Year, new board
The house you are saving for, the trip you promised yourself, the habit you want. One board for the whole year, open on the TV while friends are over.
Cork board · pins · Play on the TV
Saving for something big
A photo of the car or the flat, and the number you need under it as a note. It plays while you cook, and you see it every day.
Photo + words · screensaver
Before an exam or an interview
Three sentences about how you want it to go, and a calm playlist. Five minutes of looking at it before you leave.
Words only · Meditation playlist
Your morning screen
The board on the laptop while the coffee brews, with the Morning playlist under it.
Morning playlist · gentle drift
One minute of affirmations
Before work, open the board and play Affirmation type. You type your own sentences first, then a few built-in ones, and the words stick a little better.

Where are my photos kept?
A photo you add from your phone stays on that phone, in the browser — Mixtuby never receives it. If you connect Google Drive, the photo is saved in a “Mixtuby Vision Board” folder in your own Drive, and Mixtuby can only see the files it put there.
Will my board look the same on my TV and laptop?
Yes. With the same account the board, the words and every position follow you. Photos from the library and from your Google Drive show up everywhere; a photo kept only on your phone shows as an empty spot until you add it on that screen too.
How many things can I put on one board?
Up to 20 photos and notes.
Can I use it as a screensaver?
Yes. Leave the board untouched for 10 seconds and it fills the screen, the screen stays on and the music keeps playing. One tap shows the controls again.
What are the games?
Play opens two one-minute games made of your own board — Catch your dreams (tap your photos and words before they fade) and Affirmation type (type the sentence as it falls). Zen mode has no clock. Nothing from the games is sent to our server.
Where do the library photos come from?
They are free photos from Pexels, Unsplash and Pixabay, each credited by name in the guide.
Is it free?
Vision Board is coming soon. The music on this page is free now.
